Suri App Terms of Service

Welcome to the Suri mobile application ("Suri," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Suri app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Suri app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately uninstall the app and discontinue its use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Suri app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to comply with these Terms.

3. User Account and Security

• Account Creation: You do not need to create an account to use the Suri app. The app operates without requiring user registration or account creation.
• Security: Although no account is needed, you are responsible for the security of your device and any activities that occur under your usage of the app.

4. Use of the App

• License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Suri app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
• Restrictions: You agree not to:
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Use the app to transmit any harmful or malicious content.

5. Data and Privacy

• Data Collection: Suri does not require personal data to function. However, the app may access certain information on your device, such as phone number and USSD codes, to provide its services.
• Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The Suri app and all associated content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Suri and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• License to Use: Your use of the app does not grant you any rights or licenses to the content, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

7. Termination

• Termination by You: You may stop using the app at any time. If you wish to terminate your agreement with us, you can simply uninstall the app.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• As-Is Basis: The Suri app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Suri be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use of the app after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Suriname, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
